We provide multiple ways for you to delete your data from The Nail AI platform.

Option 1: Delete Through Your Account Settings

If you have an account with us, you can delete your data by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your Account Settings (found in the dashboard)
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
4. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm your decision

This will permanently delete all your personal information from our servers.

Option 2: Delete Through Facebook

If you used Facebook to create your account, you can also delete your data through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Select "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "The Nail AI" in the list
4. Select the option to remove the app

When you remove our app from your Facebook account, Facebook will notify us to delete your data.

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

If you prefer, you can email our data protection team at privacy@thenailai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Whether you created your account through Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or email

We'll process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove:

• Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
• Your authentication records
• Any design history or preferences
• Any usage data associated with your account

Please note that some information might be retained for legal compliance purposes, such as records of purchases or transactions.
